Just over a week now since releasing data on teysbeenleighdanger.com. I, my family and community have been attacked with 100% fictitious allegations by a known supporter and business partner of the Teys Bros Company. The website http://www.meattradenewsdaily.co.uk has published 2 article’s stating tens of facts which are outright lies to slander my name, my family, my cause to bring the truth to the people of Brisbane and unrelated charities i actively support. The website at dealing the lies and deceit is currently business partners and sponsored by Teys Bros Australia. My lawyers have advised me to take the proper legal channels to have the website remove the fictional and racist content, but i have chosen to take this opportunity show the public what happens when a man tries to fight for the truth and safety for his family, friends and city, but gets railroaded by a multi billion dollar corporation and its agenda.
I have analysed the articles posted at the following URL’s

I have also analysed the website and its editor/owner to show the public how false and detrimental this act of bullying will actually work in favour of my cause to show people the truth behind Q Fever and its dangers. (add council,governent corruption?)

Owned and run by William Hayes and is self described as the latest “News, views and gossip about the meat industry”.
It is a general consensus that news magazines cite sources when stating facts and conjecture. Meattradenewsdaily.co.uk does cite 1 source for the tens of false statements it makes and it can be found down the bottom of the article in question.
The source that they site is Argentine Beef Packers S.A with the link in the text pointing to http://www.meattradenewsdaily.co.uk/. Argetine Beef Packers is the owner of the website so they are stating themself as a source.
William Hayes the owner of the website and presumed author of the articles
Having no knowledge of who this Mr Hayes is I googled his name to find information about his past.
I cite the source abc.net.au/mediawatch/transcripts/s1212868.htm for the following information titled “Conman at large” about Mr Hayes –
This article by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (abc.net.au) one of Australia’s most respected news sources states
- Mr Hayes is convicted Fraudster
- Is wanted for questioning by Victoria Police, the Australian Taxation Office and consumer watchdogs in NSW and Queensland
- defrauded butchers
- outstanding fines and a finance company trying to repossess two cars and a truck
Throughout the article on Mr Haye’s site slandering me with lies, he uses words carefully to try and manipulate readers painting me as someone who wants to hurt hard working Australian for monetary gain.
In reality Mr Hayes is a convicted conman who has conned thousands of dollars out of hard working Australians. Without any honor or pride he fled overseas where the Australian authorities cannot reach him. In my opinion you cannot get more un Australian that this.
I have only responded to a handful of the claims made in the articles as their are to many lies and not enough time to comprehensively refute them all
Analyzing the lies and racism in the article “Australia – Police question abattoir saboteur Louis Toumbas for obtaining money by deception published” 20th july 2012 and “Australia – Money making scam against the meat industry” dates 22nd July 2012
The title and subsequent paragraphs stating police questioning and investigation of me Mr Louis Toumbas are 100% false.
I have not been questioned by any authorities including the police over any incident in me being a “Sabotuer” or “Obtaining money by deception”. I have not tried to Sabatuer anything and i have not tried to obtain any money for the cause or website https://teysbeenleighdanger.com/.
I am currently contacting police asking for any further information on this statement made by the website http://www.meattradenewsdaily.co.uk.
“Demanding donations from the public”
I have never and will never take donations from the public for this cause which is Q Fever and the dangers it poses to residents of Brisbane. I have never asked for donations from the public. And of course their is no investigation currently being run by police or any authority.
I have concluded that Meattradenewsdaily.co.uk, Mr Hayes or the author of the article article http://www.meattradenewsdaily.co.uk/news/170712/australia___money_making_scam_against_the_meat_industry.aspx has made a mistake or perpetrated a lie labelling me a scam artist. I have tried to rationalize how such a monumental lie could be dreamed up and come to the following conclusions.
- The author of the article is grossly unintelligent and has mistaken a donation button for the website petitiononlineaustralia.com where a online petition is currently held to Shut Down Teys Beenleigh.
- The Author knowingly tried to slander my name and press forward with the Teys Bros Company agenda.
Racist and Personnel comments
The author and website of the articles goes to great lengths commenting on the ethnic background of myself many times. As i read the article i wonder how can a company like Teys Bros Australia knowingly do business and sponsor a website who distributes such blatant racist hatred.
- “Fat Louis Toumbas Damaging Australian farmers”
- “Fat Louis” has set up a web site asking for donations”
- “Members of the public are then asked to send donations to a trust fund on “Fat Louis” behalf”
- “Complete with dark glasses even on the coldest winter day”
- “Greek Cypriot “Fat” Louis Toumbas”
- “however “Fat” Louis does not let the truth spoil a good story”
- “Local farmers are outraged at the antics of the Greek Cypriot”
Approximately 10 times throughout the 2 articles the author from meattradenewsdaily.co.uk makes references to call me fat, references my deceased grandparents and heavily paints the article with the words Greek Cypriot. I believe the references to my Greek Cypriot heritage are to sway the readers opinions of me, painting a mafioso style portrayal of a criminal.
I was born in Australia. All my siblings are Australian born. My Wife and Children were all Australian born. Don’t mistake these facts thinking that i am not proud of my Australian Greek Cypriot heritage. Now is where i reference Billy Hayes the owner of meattradenewsdaily.co.uk and the alleged author of these articles. Are you proud to be Australian? If that’s a yes please comment at the end of this article explaining why you fled Australia wanted by Victorian police?

“Threats and Libellous Allegations”
I have threatened www.meattradenewsdaily.co.uk’s news sites? Firstly how many meattradenewsdaily news sites does are their? Which channels did i go through to threaten with these so called wild allegations? What were the allegations about? Obviously i have never threaten nor talked to anyone from these “news” websites.
“We do not make the news we merely report the news”. With so many blatant lies and allegations throughout these articles, calling yourself a journalist reporting the news is shocking and downright embarrassing to meattradenewsdaily.co.uk and its business partners/sponsors Teys Bros Australia.
The Australian Police Department have let slip how much money i have allegedly scammed off people? But luckily in fairness you are not going to tell anyone. I’m sure you can comment on this article with the police officer you spoke to and his contact details.

I have been in close contact with many government officials throughout the past few years regarding these matters. Are you willing to cite a source or a name in the government who gave you these details?
3rd Article published on the 21st July 2012 titled Australia – Evangelist crusader Luis Toumbas damaging Australian farmers
At the time of writing this article a 3rd story was published targeting my religious views.
This article takes the personnel allegations against me 1 step further trying to persecute me for my religious views. Twisting and turning words to paint a picture of a man who uses religion for monetary gain. I planned to go into detail and once again defend myself and my religious views but i have come to my ends wits. Its a sad day when you are taunted for your religious views and have to defend yourself and your family for it. I cannot give into or play into the hands of men who use lies and deceit for monetary gain.

For anyone who is interested to read through the articles and make a smart and intelligent decision on the legitimacy of the statements made. Please ask yourself the question why is a company like Teys Bros Australia sponsoring and partnering with a website who’s agenda includes Racism, Religous persecution and Disinformation.
