Divine Alberi Park, Stockland Vale, Lend Lease Woodland – A BAD Investment!

In my opinion, If your thinking of buying a house in Holmview or the surrounding areas, you need to think carefully, It could be the worst investment your likely to make.

In my opinion, Living in the areas of Divine’s  Residential Estate “Alberi Park” or  Stockland’s  Residential Estate “Vale” or Lend Lease’s Residential Estate of  “Woodlands” are now beginning to cause concern, these developers, having being informed of the Health Risk, have failed to disclose the danger and have breached the Competition and Consumer Act.

In my opinion, Based on a letter by Queensland Health Brisbane Southside Public Health Unit , all the hard working people who have bought Land and Houses in these new Residential Estates and surrounding older residential estates are in a clear and present HIGH RISK of Danger in catching a disease like Q Fever.

To the North of Teys Bros Beenleigh, we have Edens Landing. a well and established suburb, who may have well felt the effects of Teys Bros Beenleigh but were uninformed and unaware of the dangers.

To the East of Teys Bros Beenleigh lies Beenleigh, full of industrial, businesses and homes, all sitting in the firing line, unsuspecting that they are all in High Risk of some hidden disease.

In these areas,  Q-Fever symptoms could for many years, have been mistaken for symptoms of general sickness like fever, chills, headaches and other common ailments that may be mistaken for the Flu, like

  • Sudden high fever with muscle pain and severe headache symptoms – similar to influenza.
  • There may be chills, sweats, cough, muscle pains and fatigue.
  • sudden onset of high fever
  • fatigue
  • muscle pain
  • chills and sweating
  • general feeling of sickness and loss of appetite
  • high fevers and chills
  • severe sweats
  • severe headaches, often behind the eyes
  • general feeling of sickness
  • appetite loss
  • Pregnant women can experience  miscarriage’s, premature deliveries and stillbirths;
  • possible development of  hepatitis or liver disease and jaundice
  • yellowing of the skin and darkening of the urine, caused by a malfunctioning of the liver;
  • possible inflammation of the lining of the heart cavity, have also been reported.

In my opinion, Teys Bros Beenleigh are aware of all this, the Logan City Council are aware, DERM are aware and the Queensland Health are aware, it seems that its not that important.

In my opinion, They’re probably waiting for an outbreak and them they will act. And while they wait your investment, the largest most people make in their lives, plummets between 80% to 90%.

Below is a map measuring 1 kilometer from Teys Bros Beenleigh Cattle yards.
This 1 kilometer according to Queensland Health is a area of High Risk to contract Q-Fever. The map below shows 100% of Devine’s Alberi Park is in High Risk, 80% of Stockland’s Vale is in High Risk and 70% of Edens Landing is in High Risk.

If you live within the 1 k RED Line according to Queensland Health you are at High Risk

Below is a Map Measuring 2 kilometers from Teys Bros Beenleigh cattle Yards

At 2 kilometers, All of Divine’s “Alberi Park”, All of Stockland’s “Vale” and all of Lend lease’s “Woodland” residential estates are in HIGH RISK areas of contracting Q-Fever.

Below is a Map measuring 5 Kilometers

In my opinion, This 5 kilometer radius figure is the latest report by experts claiming unacceptable risk of contracting Q-Fever.
At 5 kilometers, the circle of danger extends to the Hyperdome to the North, Waterford West to the West, Yatala to the East and Belivah to the South.

According to Queensland Health, if you live inside the outer 5 k Red Line you are at Risk.

In my opinion, it is unacceptable that these large companies fully aware of the danger continue to develop in High Risk Areas and it is unacceptable that the Logan City Council fully aware of the consequences continue to approve these developments in High Risk Areas and it is unacceptable that Teys Bros Beenleigh put profit before safety and refuse to modernise their cattle yards.

    What a bunch of idiots you are! Teys was there first, and you were the greedy, money hungry people along with Logan City Council who developed the surrounding areas. How dare you demand that a legitimate business employing local people close down when they have done nothing wrong! If you were stupid enough to buy in the area then more fool you!!!

      A legitimate business is one that works within the guidelines of the law. Teys do not.Teys are constantly in breach of their operational licence. They employ local people but care not for the public. If you browse the website and read the evidence you will understand what is real and what is dangerous. Teys are not a legitimate business.

    Hi, I’m looking to get in touch with the person who wrote this website. Our council has just approved an old derelict, abattoir be re-opened after 10 years closed (permits should have lapsed after 2years vacant). In the last 10 years council has allowed people to move in, build up the area, families all around, while they have collected nicely from all our rates. They now claim it was ‘buyer beware’ and they have no problem with an out-of-town export meat company moving into our back yards (literally 3 houses down). Some houses are within 500mitres. We have all been told that out quality of life will be compromised and we all need to be vaccinated. Yet non of our kids would be eligible (under 15), leaving them as vulnerable as lambs to the slaughter. Council has insured no media will cover our story and they publicly announce “locals are just scaremongering”. We need any help we can get!!!!!.
